A healthcare administrator with several decades of experience, Donald A. Hislop began his career as a medical technician with the United States Air Force, during which time he earned a Medical Services Award and was named Senior Airman of the Quarter and Non Commissioned Officer of the Quarter. Since transitioning into medical administration, Donald A. Hislop has served as Director of Patient Care Services with Baylor Medical Center of Frisco and Director of Surgical Services with the Medical Center of Plano.

Since 2019, Mr. Hislop has been Associate Chief Nursing Officer with Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico, where he ensures adherence to all regulatory standards, assists with physician recruitment, and supports the Chief Nursing Officer in all aspects of patient care. Mr. Hislop was recently admitted into the Association of Nurse Leaders Nurse Executive Fellowship program.

Donald A. Hislop holds a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Texas and a master of arts in organizational management from Ashford University in San Diego. When away from work, he enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing.
