I am a 30+ veteran clinical audiologist who can't think of any career I would rather be doing. I love working with people and helping them in any way I can. I also love technology - hence - audiology - the combination of science, technology and helping people hear better , is very suited to me. In addition, ironically, I acquired a hearing loss later in life . I began my career with normal hearing. 10 years into my career I began episodes of vertigo, tinnitus and hearing loss, I was diagnosed with Meniere's Syndrome. After many treatments and surgeries - I am cured of my vertigo spells, but am left with significant hearing loss. As devastating as this was, it has turned to my benefit. I can test all the new circuits and hearing devices as they come out to the market. I am married and live in the town I work , Plymouth MA. In my spare time I sea kayak, read, and spend wonderful time with my family.
