With a Doctoral degree in Human Resource Management, Dr. Manisha Agarwal is a behaviour science expert and Corporate Trainer and an academician with 14 years of experience in training and development area. In academics world she teaches management and organizational behaviour.

She is the Director, RRM Institute of Management, Neemuch. She is also a certified assessor from TV Rao Learning Systems (TVRLS), Bangalore and has successfully conducted exercises on Assessment and Development Centre and Competency Mapping for many clients in corporate and academic world.

She has also designed and conducted workshops on behaviour change like leadership development, Team building, communication skills, e-mail management, office communication, presentation skills, developing positive attitude, motivation, time management, goal setting, performance management, conflict management, counselling and feedback skills, and so on.
