Yuri Feito, Ph.D, MPH, RCEP

Assistant professor of Exercise Science at Kennesaw State University. Teach courses in exercise physiology, exercise testing and prescription, clinical exercise physiology, and physical activity and health. As a professor, and former clinician, I bring my "real world" experience into the classroom to provide a 'bridge' between scientific knowledge and skill application.

I am certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist and a Clinical Exercise Specialist. My current research interests include the physiological adapatations to CrossFit training, and the use of objective measures to promote and asess physical activity among individuals of all ages. In addition, I am interested in the role of physical activity and exercise to reduce chronic conditions and energy balance during exercise.
