حاصل على الدكتوراة بالقانون الدولي العام وعضو بالمنظمة العربية لحقوق الانسان وعضو بلجنة الشكاوي بالجمعية الكويتية لحقوق الانسان وعضو بمنظمة العفو الدولية ومحكم دولي ومحاضر بالقانون الدولي العام والتحكيم الدولي العام وبقانون حقوق الانسان وعميد كلية الحقوق بجامعة الحره بهولندا ومدير فرعها بالكويت ويرأس مجموعة شركات ( MA ) ومقرها الرئيسي دولة الكويت He holds a Doctorate of Public International Law and member of the Arab Organization for Human Rights and Member of the Commission complaints Kuwait Society for Human Rights and a member of Amnesty International and international arbitrator And Lecturer of Public International Law and Arbitration Public International Law and Human Rights and the Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of the Netherlands and director of Free Kuwait and its subsidiary headed by a group of companies (MA) and headquartered in the State of Kuwait
