With more than two decades of medical experience, Dr. Aaron Tragos most recently served as an orthopedic surgeon at Munson Orthopedic Clinic in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, where he maintained responsibility for more than 19,000 soldiers and their dependents. His practice focused on sports medicine as well as all aspects of general orthopedics. While at Munson Dr. Aaron Tragos launched a platelet-rich plasma treatment clinic, and he also received a patient approval rating of over 95 percent. Previously he treated patients at Aurora Hospital in Grand Forks, North Dakota, as well as Keweenaw Hospital in Laurium, Michigan. He also served at Machias Community Hospital.
Dr. Aaron Tragos attended Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, where he earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internship at Bi-County Osteopathic Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, then completed an orthopedic surgery residency affiliated with Michigan State University. He undertook additional training at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, where he helped to develop a retrograde drilling technique for pediatric osteochondral lesions.
