Dr Amit Sood

Dr. Sood graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1991, chosen as one of only six (from a class of 350) for the Honors program in Prosthodontics. Immediately following graduation, he began private practice in Jackson Heights, where he has served patients for more than 20 years; with a Garden City location added in 2009.

He is passionate about dentistry, welcoming continuing education so that he may offer his patients advanced services such as laser dentistry (no bleeding!), sedation dentistry, implant-supported dentures, and Six Month Smiles orthodontics.

Dr. Sood, his wife who is a Board-certified psychiatrist, and their young son, Sandeep, enjoy traveling and the sports of cricket and tennis.
