Brandy L. Ethridge, PhD, MPA

Human Ecology, Public Policy, Sociology, Education, Child Disability & Families Brandy recently moved from California to the Portland area. She is an Ohio native and served in the Ohio Department of Health as a researcher and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act data manager in the Bureau of Early Intervention Services. She has a PhD candidate in Education from the U of California - Santa Barbara with an emphasis in special education, disabilities, and risk studies. In addition to completing her PhD, Brandy holds graduate degrees in public administration and sociology from Ohio State University and has experience in academic, public health, and general community-based social science research.
