Christopher M. Longo is an assistant principal at Pine Hollow Middle School in Raleigh, NC. Christopher has experience as a building administrator for over a decade both as a principal & assistant principal and spent over a decade in the classroom as a science teacher.

Dr. Longo is a Google Certified Educator and has a strong interest in leadership & educational technology. Chris has completed research in the area of inquiry learning, creativity, and science fair achievement and has published articles based on these areas in educational journals.

Along with experience in writing and designing curriculum, Christopher has presented professional development in the areas of curriculum, instruction, technology, teacher evaluation, and school climate.

Prior to his current role, Dr. Longo served as a principal in New Milford, CT, a high school assistant principal, a high school department chair, and a Biology teacher.

In addition to Bachelors and Masters degrees in Biology & Secondary Education, Dr. Longo received his Doctorate degree and Connecticut Administrator Certificate (Endorsement 092) in 2012. Since then, Christopher completed the Connecticut Superintendent Certification (093) at Central Connecticut State University in 2014.
