Dr. Dominic Pedulla
Over the course of his career in medicine, Dr. Dominic Pedulla has won accolades from professional and humanitarian groups alike for his services. A regular contributor to various peer-reviewed journals and periodicals, Dr. Dominic Pedulla has earned publication for several of his research papers on family planning and women’s health. Considered among the top specialists in the fields of cardiology and vascular medicine, Dr. Dominic Pedulla was named to the 2004 list of “America’s Outstanding Cardiologists” by the Consumers Research Council of America. Recognized as a devoted husband and father of nine children, Dr. Dominic Pedulla was elected by Edmond Monthly Magazine as one of the “Coolest Dads” of Edmond, Oklahoma, in 2010. Through his involvement with Catholic and medical charities, Dr. Dominic Pedulla recently helped raise money for a Ugandan teenager to travel to Oklahoma City and receive surgical treatment for a damaged heart valve. As a result of the efforts of Dr. Dominic and other individuals, Fiona Akao was able to return to Uganda with renewed health and a fresh outlook on the future. In addition, Dr. Dominic Pedulla frequently gives to such organizations as Natural Family Planning Outreach, Girl Scouts of Western Oklahoma, and Concerned Catholics of Oklahoma City and donates his medical services to individuals in the Dominican Republic and elsewhere. A Legislative Council Member and Member at Large of the Oklahoma State Medical Association, Dr. Dominic Pedulla holds a fellowship from the American College of Cardiology and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Vascular Medicine and the American College of Phlebology. As President of the Oklahoma Vein & Endovascular Center, Dr. Dominic Pedulla dedicates his practice to the treatment of numerous vascular conditions and the removal of varicose veins. A medical practitioner for more than 15 years, Dr. Dominic Pedulla earned his M.D. at New York Medical College in 1986.
