Kalsang runs a business by Dr. Mobile and Tibet Taxi in New Delhi, India and wanted to help his Tibetan community and base of pyramid "suffering and poor people" . He is also serving as a Treasurer in Tibetan chamber of commerce for the upliftment and empowerment of tibetan businesses and economic development towards his nation . Kalsang’s ideology ties with the community-social-responsibility (CSR); as per which it is a social responsibility to help back the community even when ones own business is small. He firmly believes that peace is the way to bring happiness and love in the community. Kalsang is also associated with ‘Lead Tibet’ organization which he founded for promoting peace campaign across the world . He runs this organization from his own business income without seeking any financial assistance from anyone to engender a spirit of community social resposibility .This is only a beginning, but Kalsang is very focussed and passionate about his peace campaign and believes that it will unite all people as one human race.
