Dr. Ileana Berman is an award-winning Cognitive Science Researcher. She has received two Young Investigator Awards for her groundbreaking research on cognitive conditions the likes of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Schizophrenia.

A graduate of the Institute of Medicine and Pharmacy, Dr. Ileana Berman began her career in Romania. She proudly graduated in the top 3% of her class. This accomplishment was the first of many to set Dr. Berman apart from the rest! After moving to the United States, she continued to solidify her career in the field of Cognitive Science. Her initial pursuits saw her completing postdoctoral training at Maimonides Medical Center and Harvard Medical School.

Licensed in the states of New York and Massachusetts, Dr. Ileana Berman is currently conducting research on the following:

• Clinical trials of new and developing medications

• NARSAD sponsored study on GBE

• Collaboration with Brockton VA on a neurophysiology / schizophrenia study
