James McMahan M.D

Dr. McMahan obtained a BS in biology from the University of Oregon in 1979 with Phi Beta Kappa honors; received his doctorate in medicine from the Oregon Health Sciences University; studied general surgery at Hurley Medical Center, Flint, Michigan; completed general surgery residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida; and plastic surgery residency at The Ohio State University; before taking on private practice in Columbus, Ohio.

He has received certification by the American Board of Surgery, the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and the National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. McMahan in nationally published in the field of general surgery and in plastic surgery of the breast.
