Dr Kumud Verma

Dr. Kumud Verma, MD, is a Delta, British Columbia-based physician with over two decades of medical experience. Since 2002, Dr. Kumud Verma has worked as a family physician at Dr. K. Verma, Inc., a medical practice located in North Delta. In addition to general family medicine, he has particular interests in travel medicine , sports medicine services and addiction consultation and management services at his practice to help patients dealing with opioid and other addictions.

Alongside his medical practice, Dr. Verma serves as an associate professor in the University of British Columbia’s Department of Family Medicine; at his medical office he teaches medical students and residents as well as conducting clinical research regarding diabetes; he has also served as a medical exam preceptor. He holds a BSc in biochemistry and earned his MD from the University of Manitoba.
