Dr Paul Ebben

A highly trained psychologist, Dr. Paul Ebben began preparing for his career as a student at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where he received a bachelor of science with concentrations in human development and psychology. Following this, he gained acceptance to the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, where he received a master of science in clinical psychology. He went on to attend the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology in Milwaukee, where he earned a doctor of psychology. Fully qualified to practice psychology, Dr. Paul Ebben currently maintains licensure to practice in the State of Kentucky and holds ties with the Kentucky Psychological Association, American Psychological Association, National Register of Health Services Providers in Psychology, and Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards.

At present, Dr. Paul Ebben owns and evaluates patients at Insight Psychological Consultants, PSC, in Frankfort, Kentucky, where he delivers a broad range of mental health evaluation services, including psychological, developmental, neuropsychological and forensic examinations. Prior to opening the practice, he served as a consultant for New South Psychological Resources in Winchester, Kentucky, and as a clinical neuropsychologist with Renaissance Rehabilitation, Inc., in Frankfort, Kentucky.
