Dr Steve Salvatore

Certified by both the American Board of Emergency Medicine and the American College of Emergency Physicians, Dr. Steve Salvatore owns and operates Southampton Primacare, a New York primary care practice. As director, he offers treatment for a wide range of medical concerns. His practice is equipped to carry out flu, strep, and pregnancy tests, as well as pulmonary diagnostics and urinalysis. In addition to treating wounds, burns, and simple sprains and sports injuries, Dr. Steve Salvatore also assists patients with such matters as weight management and nutrition. Additionally, Southampton Primacare offers medical concierge services, providing convenient access to same-day care.

Dr. Salvatore earned his DO from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following both medical and osteopathic internships, he completed his residency in emergency medicine at Long Island Jewish Hospital. In addition to holding medical licensure in New Jersey and New York, he is certified in advanced cardiovascular life support.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Steven Salvatore maintains a strong interest in health and fitness, taking part in activities such as martial arts, skiing, and horseback riding. An avid cook, he enjoys making healthy, all-natural meals and desserts, and he is especially fond of Italian cuisine.
