Dr Thomas Dalsgaard Nielsen

A fellow of the American College of Cardiology, Dr. Thomas Dalsgaard Nielsen works as a cardiologist with American Family Care in Birmingham, Alabama. He also serves as chief executive officer of base2 Medical, LLC, an organization he founded that focuses on finding technological solutions to bridge the gap between quality patient care and complete regulatory compliance. A qualified practitioner, Dr. Thomas Dalsgaard Nielsen maintains certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a certified cardiac device specialist, so named by the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners. He holds a doctor of medicine from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas.
