I'm a consultant, coach, adult educator, and innovation advocate and I help people solve problems, manage transitions, and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Educational Success Coaching
Through Leland Coaching, I help potential and current students and career-changers navigate the world of higher education. I support clients with researching and applying to graduate programs, academic skills development, online student success, academic technology literacy, thesis and dissertation research support, and managing relationships within the academic community. Workplace Coaching & Educational Consulting
I assist professionals with transitions to virtual teaching, teleworking, and other profession-related changes. I also work with schools to support educational program development and evaluation, evidence-based intervention implementation, and continuous improvement programming using the Evidence-based Intervention Training for Educators Toolkit

My services include individual consults, one-on-one coaching, hands-on workshops, and webinars.
