Dr Vijay Reddy

An accomplished oncologist and hematologist, Dr. Vijay Reddy holds a doctor of medicine and a doctor of cancer immunology and his residency training in Internal Medicine. Dr. Vijay Reddy subsequently undertook fellowships at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre and the University of Toronto.

Over his career as a clinical physician he has treated cancer patients particularly those with leukemia, lymphoma,myeloma and performed bone marrow transplantation in Orlando and in Gainesville, Florida. As a medical researcher, Dr. Vijay Reddy has carried out clinical trials for a variety of private companies and professional organizations. The results of his research have appeared in a number of peer-reviewed journals, including Cell Transplantation and Blood.

Dr. Vijay Reddy currently works in biotechnology and early phase clinical development trials in cancer treatment. He also instructs students as a professor with the College of Medicine at the University of Central Florida, in Orlando. His past experience includes work in private practice and a position as a member of the hematology/oncology faculty at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He maintains membership with the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Blood and Marrow Transplantation, among a number of other professional organizations.
