DREW DOLAN, President of Titan Development.
Current responsibilities include investment structuring, investor relations and debt and equity procurement.
He is responsible for investor relations overseeing capital contributions in excess of $200 million from both institutional and high net worth sources.
Drew has led or participated in the closing of over $750 million in acquisition, construction and permanent financing from local and national lending institutions.
He led the creation of a multifamily development partnership in New Mexico between Titan Development and Alliance Residential Company. Drew's development expertise includes office, industrial, retail and multifamily development, distressed acquisitions and loan purchases. He is the managing partner of I-25 Studios, one of nations most successful independent film and television studios. I-25 Studios has hosted over $650 million in production.
Drew is a founding board member of Titan Senior Living, a joint venture between Titan and Life Care Services with the goal of delivering resort quality independent, assisted and memory care facilities within a strategic footprint across the United States.
A native of Albuquerque, Drew holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering from Arizona State University. Prior to joining Titan Development in 2005, Drew was active in the construction industry in San Diego, CA with Trane Company. His undergraduate work experience includes The Boeing Company (Seattle, WA) and Intel (Chandler, AZ).
