Dr. Olayiwola Oladapo an Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Management and Entrepreneurship Development and Public Policy Professional with over 18 years of consulting and organizational management experience spanning all the major sectors of Nigerian economy. I have consulted on organizational transformation projects for some of the Fortune 500 companies operating units in Nigeria that include Exxon Mobil, Shell, British American Tobacco, Peugeot to mention a few.

I also previously worked at senior management level in organizations like Oando Plc, Bi-Courtney Aviation Services and Hygeia Nigeria Limited. As a Development Resource, I have been involved in many organizational strengthening and change process working with UK DFID and the EU in transforming Nigerian Federal Public institutions.

i am a National faculty for professional and development institutions like the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), the United States Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) and Nigerian Society of Engineers where he facilitates development programs leading to the professional certifications of members. My capacity development track record in Nigeria has afforded me the opportunity of providing coaching and learning support to senior Public servants, Military Generals, Corporate Strategic Leaders and Senior Managers in Nigeria.

As an Entrepreneurship Development professional i have continuously supported many Nigerian SMEs in effectively building management systems and sustainable organizational capacity. I am a key National Resource to President Obama’s Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) program where i facilitate Entrepreneurship development. i also regularly feature as a speaker at other entrepreneurship capacity development programs for youths across the Nigerian landscape focusing on helping young aspiring entrepreneurs discover and leverage their entrepreneurial aspirations. I currently serve as a mentor to the Yali program graduates and in 2016, I was appointed to serve on the Reader committee of the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders to determine the next successful awardees of the Mandela Washington Fellowship. I am the author of a 2014 published book titled Sweat Your Assets and I am the Managing Partner of Sweat Your Assets Derivative Limited, a Lagos based professional advisory firm
