There has yet been anyone who can describe the term ”Raw Talent” so its my pleasure to introduce to you Donnell Villanueva, professionally know as "Dub". Born and raised in Harlem N.Y.C. with a multicultural background consisting of African American, Chinese and of Hispanic decent. Donnell first inherited his passion for music at the age of 12 from his father Donnell sr. who has had his own aspirations to be in the music business. The investment and exposure of a recording studio sparked a prodigy, self taught in engineering, producing, graphic design and web development. From there this young mogul in the making decided to hone his craft recording music at home with plans to attend college in the future to major in audio technology and engineering. Basically taking stock in his career by choosing trades that suit his path as a lyricist/songwriter. With a punchline flow similar to that of Fabolous and a fashionable arrogance like that of Jay-Z, It's obvious that influence through his music. Who is Dub? Is the question that soon will no longer need answering. This word of mouth phenom with almost a million views on YouTube has a following that is cult creating. Dub obtains versatility and prides on being a perfectionist. This young baby faced rapper plans to take the industry and the ladies by storm. Like most of his peers if it wasn’t music Dub wanted to pursue basketball and standing at 6’5” it was more than possible but he took heights fashion forward and swagger ready to compete. Make no mistakes, Dub has made strides in lyrical combat called freestyle battle and gained respect. Say what you want but Dub has a plan at just 23 yrs old and with his father and partners of FMM Music Group. It’s no wonder Donnell's motto is Family, Money and Music; tattooed inspiration. Call him genius, call him talented beyond his years but this humble young man prefers you simply call him Dub.
