Dwayne D-Teck Grant has played many roles in the music industry since exploding on the scene. Finding his niche in A&R; when he scouted and signed Common Kings to the Melvin Brown Media Group. Dwayne Grant, also known as D-teck, formally a recording artist, ventured into the A&R; Director position for Konvict Muzik Group due to his incredible expertise and great talent for recognizing great talents on international levels. He has an ear for great talent that is different and unique. D-teck discovered Polynesian super band, Common Kings and presented them to Melvin Brown the CEO and founder of MBMG, Co-founder & CEO of Konvict Muzik Group with Partner and Megastar Akon. Common Kings are now signed to Sony Music in Australia and New Zealand and they are expected to be the next biggest pop sensation. D-teck is also the first A&R; to bring attention to the K-pop scene which result in K-pop Girls group "JQT" getting signed to Konvict Muzik making them the first American label to sign a K-pop group. D-teck heads up Artist & Repertoire, Talent Scouting, Music Production, Songwriting, Recording, Creative Direction, Marketing and Promotion on all levels including Radio, A&R; Consulting to various labels/talents and Talent Management. D-teck currently manages an extremely unique Hip-Hop/EDM duo RaOol who was selected by the BBC Asian Network out of thousands globally as one of six artists on the Asian scene to Blow "On The Scene 2014" and a few other very talented acts. He is also the CEO and founder of AirplayBrokers.com, a website that offers guaranteed radio airplay services through its campaigns on Terrestrial Commercial FM/Top 40, Internet, Satellite, College Radio and thousands of Nielson and Mediabase radio stations worldwide.
