Dwayne M. Mitchell

Mr. Mitchell is a Business Intermediate with the Sunbelt office serving Ontario and other areas throughout Canada . Sunbelt is the premiere Canadian Business Brokerage, dominating its local markets through superior services from professional Business Intermediates.

Mr. Mitchell purchased, restructured, sold businesses and investment properties for over 10 years, during which time he was a director of the Waterloo Region Apartment Management Association and a member of the Real Estate Investment Network. He received the "Outstanding Citizen Award" in 2001.

He joined the Sunbelt team in 2009 and trained in Ottawa. He is one of 35 people in Canada with the CBI designation. He is currently a member of the IBBA and holds an Ontario Real Estate License. Based on his work experience prior to Sunbelt, he specializes in Mid-Market Acquisitions, Divestitures and Restructuring of privately held Businesses throughout Canada and the US with annual revenues of $5-$75 million.

Mr. Mitchell's interests consists of aerobatic flying, golf, long drive challenges, long range target shooting, Mercedes Benz Club of Canada, VP of the Jet Aircraft Museum and spending time with his wife, 3 sons, and his Doberman Pinscher.
