Born in Sarajevo 1976, a city situated right on the frontiers of East and West, connecting or dividing the world and its people since ever.

I was a sickly child 'till age of 6, serenaded by love and care, maybe too much care, which, being unable to return it, made me silent, withdrawn and extremely emotional. Filled with self guilt I've developed an exceed of empathy accompanied by restrained sadness.

  • 1992 after my first year of Art College the War started.
  • 1995 went in Italy as one of three students chosen to exhibit the work we created in those difficult years. After our tour I've left for Germany, and stayed there next two years as a refugee.
