ETONE
The Artist, Producer, Songwriter, known as Etone was raised in a small town called Perth Amboy in New Jersey, just outside of the island of Manhatten. Etone comes from a very unique musical family with his late great Uncle being The Great Count Basie. Etone started off as a teenage artist for a label out of Seattle Washington owned partially by Sir Mixalot, crediting him with a R&B; single landing number 8 on the billboard charts and numerous dance charts. Etone has had the opportunity to work with many artists including Nas, Wycleff Jean, Spragga Benz, and Jay Z to name a few. He has also worked with various labels including Sony, Columbia, Island, Delicious Vynil, Capitol Records and alongside Lil Jon at So So Def Jeramaine Dupri's label. As the music industry changed in the last decade Etone went back to producing music, songwriting and DJ'ing. A friend that worked at Cox Radio, informed him about a new format that was never done before at a Miami radio station. Etone thought it would be new exciting opportunity and accepted the job at WPYM Party 93.1 FM, an all dance format. Etone had the chance to work with some of the radio industries top programmers and DJ's including Markus Shulz, Cato K, George Acosta, and Phil Michael Trueba to name a few. Etone has been fortunate enough and thankful to have worked with legends in the industry and has now taken all of his energy and focus on his debut project as a producer, and songwriter. His first single entitled "Incredible DJ" was inspired by a DJ out of Europe named Ruth Flowers "Mamy Rock", a 69 year old woman who is gaining large popularity as a nightclub DJ Worldwide. Etone states, " With my extensive experiences and knowlege, I am continuing my journey through the Entertainment Industry with Godspeed"!
