ET as he is called by friends and business colleagues alike was born in Munich, Germany, raised in Nebraska, schooled at Miami University and Harvard, and spent 35 years with Novartis Pharmaceuticals. He began his career in sales and rose to Vice President where he built the organization from 1,800 representatives to over 6,000. His career included marketing for both new products and life cycle management, and he built two cutting edge business units from scratch - Managed Markets and Integrated Market Planning. He served on the US Executive Committee & Operating Committee and the Global Operating Committee when he was Head of Global Sales. He brings significant global experience and understanding having lived both in Switzerland and Japan. After retiring in NYC, he founded a consultant company named ETXsell, specializing in sales, marketing, and operational excellence. New clients are accepted only on referral. He brings passion, people, and performance into an integrated whole.
