He has a vast working experience where he has managed and led different people and teams, cutting across various works of life like the educational sector, agricultural sector, wholesale and retail industry as well as the building industry.
He is the founder and team lead of Centre for Leadership Development and Value Adding (CLEDAVA) which is an NGO with the vision of transforming the minds of people and even generations yet inborn towards maximizing their God-given potentials and fulfilling purpose. These can be seen by different programs and outreaches held by CLEDAVA.
