Edie Apostal

Edie Apostal has been active in real estate sales and management since 1974. She is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, and each year since 1996 has been awarded recognition for sales in the top 1% of all agents citywide. Since 1997 she has been honored by Coldwell Banker as a member of their "International Presidents Elite" association, a credit given only to the top 4% of the more than 70,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates across the country. She is ranked among the top 50 in sales of all Chicago area Coldwell Banker agents, averaging over $16 million in sales annually since 1998. She has also achieved the designation of GRI, successfully completing her advanced studies in real estate with the Illinois Graduate Realtors Institute, and more recently, the National Residential Sales Council's designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Further, Edie is a certified relocation specialist.
