I have 10 years’ experience in database implementation, database maintenance and information systems, almost 7 of those years working in the healthcare industry. I work as a liaison between users of a system and the IT technical staff in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information and systems. I understand business problems and opportunities and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
