I have been passionate about fitness my entire life. I was born in Cuba where I practiced diving and upon moving to the US I was always involved in whatever team sports my schools had to offer. Besides sports, I’ve been training and lifting since 2008.

Because I’ve been a highly energetic person all my life I’ve always enjoyed challenges and pushing myself beyond my physical limits. After a personal emotionally taxing event in 2014 I decided to push myself like never before, mentally and physically, by competing in the NPC Southern States under the bikini division. The experience was mentally challenging in a way I could have never imagined but incredibly rewarding. As a result, I learned I am a much more capable and stronger person than I ever imagined. I learned that my potential is limitless because I can achieve anything I put my mind to. Competing catapulted me into the fitness industry where I feel I’ve found a home. I’ve networked with many athletes and business persons in the industry who have been very encouraging and inspirational. I’ve worked several demos for MuscleMeds including sales and demo at Mr. Olympia this year, 2015.

I am inspired to take this experience to a higher level and would love to have the opportunity to expand my horizons in the fitness industry. I believe that with my charismatic, dedicated, passionate and intellectual personality I can not only be seen as a female role model and ambassador in the fitness industry.

My goal is to encourage and empower many people as possible to also push themselves beyond their limits and discover a better version of themselves. I believe that being fit, strong and athletic is not just for the pros. Anyone can attain the physique they’re proud of with proper diet, supplementation and the right mindset.
