Elizabeth Van Wie Davis

Elizabeth Van Wie Davis attained a Master of Arts degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia in 1983. She pursued a PhD in the same discipline soon after, while also completing post-graduate courses in economics and the Chinese language at Harvard University.
