I was raised in construction in Idaho and later entered the Design field in 1984.
Completed 6 years of both Architectural and Structural Engineering internships.
More than 29 years total design experience, designing commercial and residential buildings (new and remodeled).
23 years performing structural design calculations for exempt commercial and residential structures.
17 years as a building inspector and plans examiner
Successfully designed well over 1,700 projects across the US and 45 homes in Japan.
Full and/or partial communities such as Desert Sky, Saddle Ridge and The Cabins at Brasada Ranch and currently working in Caldera Springs as well as projects across the west in Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho.
