As owner of Concure Systems, a leader in concrete treatment and moisture control, Emil Pikula brings nearly 24 years of industry experience to his work. Since 1989, Concure Systems has specialized in sealing concrete to prevent moisture vapor emissions. Featuring the proven technology of the concrete Admixture sealing system and supported by the expertise of Emil Pikula, Concure Systems enables contractors and building owners to increase concrete slab strength, density, and life.

Emil Pikula's Concure Systems provides an efficient method for preventing moisture-related flooring failures. Its multi-purpose curing agent also hardens and densifies concrete while protecting against vapor emission, a method that provides comprehensive protection. As a result, concrete strength increases by up to 125 percent and the concrete finish becomes both smoother and denser. As an added benefit, Concure Systems products inhibit steel corrosion in concrete.

Dedicated to customer satisfaction, Pikula offers a full moisture protection warranty with Concure Systems; covering flooring replacement, labor, and sealing. Applying his experience in building Concure Systems, Pikula provided research and development (R&D) support in addition to investment resources. He now leverages his R&D expertise toward the further development of Concure Systems.

In his leisure hours, Emil Pikula enjoys good wine and fine dining. He also enjoys a variety of outdoor pursuits including running, hiking, and mountain biking. An amateur golfer as well, he enjoys the "walk in the park with his friends" experience on Arizona courses. Other hobbies are collecting guns, target practice, and four wheeling in Arizona's and California's back trails.
