Emma Gat
San Francisco, CA
Emma Gat is a Northern California 20-something who watches a little too much TV. Ever since her 60-pound weight loss, she has been an advocate for health and fitness for everyone. She believes that we are our own gods, building our own paths as we go along, creating ourselves a future by constantly morphing ourselves into better, happier people. Her true passion is in psychology; and until she actually becomes a certified psychologist, Emma enjoys and is fascinated by finding psychology in all walks of life. Emma is also fascinated by Deaf culture, speaks fluent American Sign Language, and hopes to one day create a change in the Deaf rights movement. Emma is an uncertified hairstylist and colorist, using herself as a test dummy to learn the works to make her life more budget-friendly. Just in case the psychology thing won't stick, you'd probably hear about her one day as the next "hair stylist to the stars". Her salon would be very luxurious and expensive. Emma lives in San Francisco Bay Area with her boyfriend of 6 years and her Poshie (she thinks he's a Poshie, anyway) dog, Bou. She goes to school at San Francisco State University, works out, and watches plenty of TV.
