A native of France, Emmanuel Delcour has garnered recognition in multiple fields throughout his career. After graduating from North America’s Novelli Academy, Mr. Delcour became a celebrity chef specializing in French fusion cuisine. He has appeared as the Big Food Star on Bravo’s Chef Academy and trained under acclaimed chefs Christophe Émé and Jean-Christophe Novelli. Following periods at The Hall in Beverly Hills’ Palihouse Holloway and at Anisette Brasserie in Santa Monica, California, Emmanuel Delcour started a career as a Private Chef operating out of Venice Beach, where he currently resides.
From his own facility, Mr. Delcour hosts classes that show aspiring chefs how to cook for intimate affairs, large dinner parties, and other events. Emmanuel Delcour’s website, www.emmanueldelcour.com, also features recipes for his avocado-chocolate mousse, vegan chocolate truffles, orange and avocado crab salad, and other delicacies. The site also features a variety of entertaining videos of the chef in action, including him barbecuing in Oklahoma and cooking on a private jet for the National Hockey League’s Boston Bruins. Aside from his culinary achievements, Emmanuel Delcour maintains an impressive résumé as a model and an actor. Along with participating in ad campaigns for Calvin Klein, Lexus, and Robin’s Jean, he has been featured in Vogue China and Men’s Health magazines.
In addition to holding distinction as a Food Writer, Personal Trainer, and Nutritionist, Emmanuel Delcour successfully competes in bodybuilding contests. In 2011, he placed first in the NPC Iron Man Magazine Naturally Bodybuilding, Fitness and Physique Championships. Mr. Delcour has secured further high finishes in the Mr. & Ms. Muscle Beach Bodybuilding and Fitness competition (second place), the Muscle Beach International Classic, and the first-ever national NPC Men's Physique. In his spare time, Mr. Delcour enjoys swimming with great white sharks, experimenting with graphic design, and traveling the World.
