Emmanuel is visionary and dynamic young scientist with the sense of responsibility in ensuring food security and hunger eradication in developing countries. He is a distinguish fellow of USDA/FAS Norman Borlaug program, the Norman Borlaug Leadership Enhancement in Agriculture Program (Borlaug LEAP) and a scholar of USAID Borlaug Higher Education for Agricultural Research & Development (BHEARD) Fellowship. He is a member of Institute of Food Technologist (IFT) and American Oil Chemists' Society (AOCS). His passion and scientific research interest encompass grain post harvest management, food safety, freezing techniques (Cryogenic and Blast), food bioprocessing and fortification.
