Emre Ozmen is a Project Finance professional with a diverse background of experiences and high analytical and problem solving abilities which have allowed him to gain valuable experiences in company valuation, renewable energy industry knowledge, and renewable energy project financing experience in a major emerging market country. He has experience in deal origination, negotiation, contract assessment, financial feasibility modeling, and the management of renewable energy projects in project finance as well as equity stock valuations and trading. Mr. Ozmen has worked on such projects like the largest wind farm in Turkey (Rotor)(Rotor II) and various privatized portfolio of hydroelectric and geothermal plants. Due to his interesting background of experiences throughout his lifetime, education, and work, He carries a diverse skill set that can be applied to Project Financing, New Ventures, Business Development, and has a unique entrepreneurial mindset.
