Eponine Fine Chocolate & Patisserie

Éponine is a small, artisan producer of patisserie, chocolates and confectionery, based in North West England. All our products are lovingly hand-crafted in our kitchen, which has received the highest food hygiene rating of 5*.

We always strive for perfection, never compromising on the quality of our raw ingredients or finished products. To that end, we source the highest quality ingredients from the best producers locally and worldwide, from the freshest locally grown fruits to fine single-origin and grand cru chocolate couvertures. Combining this fantastic produce with traditional methods and cutting edge techniques allows us to produce a truly artisanal range of chocolates, confections and patisserie.
