As the owner and president of ROC Homes, Eric Hymowitz oversees the construction of private residences in desirable neighborhoods throughout Greater Houston, Texas. Over the years, ROC Homes’ trademark “1st Floor Lifestyle” housing design has garnered the company multiple awards from the Greater Houston Builders Association. Before assuming his leadership role with ROC Homes in 2002, Eric Hymowitz served three years as a consultant and vice president of finance with the Houston offices of the national home-building corporation KB Home. His achievements with KB included serving on the management team that completed more than 1,500 residential construction projects in a single year.
To give back to the larger Houston community, Eric Hymowitz regularly donates funds to the favorite charitable organizations of his ROC employees. He also actively supports his local synagogue and has coached the youth baseball, basketball, and soccer teams of his three children. In his free time, Mr. Hymowitz enjoys watching sports on television and playing board games with his family.
