With offices in both New York and New Jersey, attorney Eric Gang has been in private practice since 1998 and is founding partner at Gang & Associates, LLC. The firm concentrates on representing the interests of disabled veterans with a special concentration on veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury, and other psychiatric disabilities. In his capacity as principal of his practice, Eric Gang manages the firm's daily operations, including the work of other attorneys and support staff. He also handles appellate litigation at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims as well as administrative claims at the federal level. He has been admitted to the New Jersey and New York state bars, and he has been admitted to practice before New Jersey's U.S. District Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Over the course of his career, attorney Eric Gang has successfully represented hundreds of disabled veterans and was on the brief for the prevailing party in the New Jersey Supreme Court case of State v. Marshall.
In addition to his work at Gang and Associates, attorney Eric Gang maintains several other professional affiliations. He is a faculty member at Lawline.com, where he teaches continuing education courses on the topic of veterans' disability law. He has also been selected as a faculty member at the National Business Institute, another respected provider of continuing legal education courses. Moreover, Eric Gang has been a member of the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Bar Association, the Military and Veterans Affairs Section of the New Jersey Bar Association, and the Veterans Section of the Federal Bar Association. Eric Gang holds a Juris Doctorate from the Seton Hall University School of Law in New Jersey.
