Eric Pagan

Eric Pagan has been a licensed real estate professional for over 19 years. But his love of and interest in Manhattan goes well beyond his expertise as one of the city’s (and the surrounding borough’s) most seasoned agents.

Eric was born and raised in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. For nearly four decades, he’s been witness to the enormous change, gentrification and development that has made Manhattan one of the most recognized cities in the world -- for its diversity, rich culture and safe, beautiful neighborhoods.

Eric has been an integral part of that change, serving in the public service sector as an Experienced Ranking Law Enforcement Official, receiving numerous honors for his dedication and contributions, as well as serving on the executive board for the American Academy for Professional Law Enforcement, New York City (a not for profit organization).

Eric graduated from SUNY College with a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice, but his early interest in real estate sprung from his curiosity about the city’s historical and architectural icons, the beautiful homes that decorate the neighborhoods within and the people that choose to live within its parameters.

Simultaneously working in law enforcement and real estate, gives Eric a distinct advantage when it comes to advising his clients. His unique perspective and expert knowledge of the individual neighborhoods that make up Brooklyn, Queens and now Manhattan, enable him to find clients their perfect home -- one that suits their specific needs and personality.

That keen perspective has enabled him to recognize the best return on investment for his clients; Eric recognizes a “diamond in the rough.”

Joining Keller Williams New York City in 2012, Eric knew that the energetic environment, agent-centric culture and belief system perfectly mirrored his own personal and professional ethics.
