Erica Young is a digital marketing and social media strategist. Erica is passionate about connecting with people and creating value in the digital space. She has founded two startups. Her first startup she successfully sold her stake in after securing nation-wide press through her marketing initiatives. Her current startup is TruthandFashion.com. Truth and Fashion focuses on the latest editorials and campaigns for curvy and plus models. It is also the only website that has a listing of the top plus models and an archive of their editorial work in the fashion industry. She currently manages all digital and social media marketing at Ashley Stewart as the eCommerce Marketing Manager. In her spare time, Erica does social media consulting internationally. She has worked with fashion companies, healthcare companies, non-profits, higher education, and authors. Erica is also an adjunct professor at LIM College, where she graduated as valedictorian. She teaches and lectures on digital marketing and social media.
