I was born and raised in Michigan where I lived for 28 years. I married my best friend in 2007 then we set off to Colorado in 2009. We loved the year we lived there and now we currently live in Scottsdale AZ! I am a Turbo Kick, Piyo and Boot camp instructor with a strong passion for helping others get fit, healthy and lead the best life they can :-) I have a passion for holistic health and natural living with Young Living.
