A marine construction professional, Erik Sanderson has overseen more than 250 successful marina applications with construction value in excess of $1.5 billion. Since 2006, Erik Sanderson has served as CEO of Technomarine, a global leader in the design and installation of complex marina systems and other critical docking components around the world.

Technomarine itself has constructed more than 1,000 marina installations in 30 countries, all of which provide Category 3 hurricane protection and a 10-year limited warranty. During Mr. Sanderson’s tenure, the company received Project of the Year awards for The Wharf Marina (2006), Old Port Cove North Basin (2007), and The Wave Middle East (2013). Additionally, Technomarine received multiple Marine Industries Association of Palm Beach County awards.

A native of coastal North Carolina, Mr. Sanderson has more than 20 years of experience in building marinas and boats. Previously a captain on megayachts, he has consulted on numerous marina projects and served on various marine industry committees and charitable boards in the southeastern United States. A former Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year nominee, Mr. Sanderson is an advisor to the US Green Building Council and a member of the Governor's Florida Council of 100, a non-partisan organization comprising business and civic leaders.
