Renowned Professional and Training specialist with extensive International Training and NGO exposure in more than 20 countries working with projects in Africa, America, Europe and on the Indian Ocean Islands. Expertise includes international accreditation and development of innovative and cost effective life changing training programs. Ernest is an International Moderator and served on several Boards.

He has a passion for the development of training programs that truly change people’s lives and contribute to sustainable economic growth. He developed several life changing training tools to facilitate complete career development and helps individuals compile qualifications in a user friendly and modular way. Ernest believes that training programs must be empowering, accessible and affordable to all.

Ernest leads from a strong background in Psychology and Human Resource Management with extensive knowledge and experience in International project development and accreditation. Ernest also developed several cutting edge strategies and administrative systems to streamline organisational processes including finances and project management.
