An entrepreneur since the age of nine, I've dedicated my life to growing small businesses with a focus on creativity and innovation.

My background:

In early summer of 2012, I founded Standoffer, a searchable database of crowdfunding sites and companies. In December 2012, I founded JustCrowdfunding, a news site in the crowdfunding industry where I interviewed and connected with industry leaders. With this experience in crowdfunding, I began speaking on expert panels, including at the 1st Annual Global Crowdfunding Convention as well as at EE13, the largest start up conference of 2013. In March 2013 I began consulting work, beginning with Samuel Nathan's in Memphis, Tennessee where I directed a sweeping company rebranding. In 2013 I also worked with ApplyForce.com, serving as Vice President of Business Development out of Columbus, Ohio. By 2014 I organized my consulting work officially into Estep Consulting. In addition to working with entrepreneurs, in August of 2014 I co-founded Sech's, a bold and truly innovative alcoholic beverage company, where I currently serve as Vice President.
