SIBOMANA Eugene is the Communications and Public Relations Officer at Rwanda Media Commission, the Media Self-Regulation body in Rwanda.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communication, option of Communication issued at the National University of Rwanda – School of Journalism and Communications.

SIBOMANA was formerly a consultant in the National Council of Nurses and Midwives as a Public Relations and Communication Expert; previously, he worked for the National Youth Council –Information, Education and Communication Office; at the Ministry of Public Service and Labour – Public Relations and Communication Office. He has worked for several media houses in Rwanda.

Eugene SIBOMANA attended Training in event management (by National University of Rwanda), Customer care Training organized by Rwanda Development Board (RDB) and The Private Sector Federation (PSF) during the EXPO 2012, and he has participated in the Project 120, as one among Rwanda Government Communicators specialists in 2011 – 2012.
