I love great stories. And I love to share good news. That's why I love my profession. As an Integrated Marketing professional, I get to tell a story in a lot of different ways--websites, social media, radio, print, video--to name a few. I'm a collaborator and I would much rather work with a wonderful team than do a solo project. Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate alone time and get a lot done each day after the office is empty and quiet, but people inspire me and the best ideas come from a good team. I have liked every team I've worked with in my career. I worked with a great Education and Outreach group at Southern California Edison telling people about EVs. It was challenging but a great experience. The EV project was a challenge because the public really didn't know what an electric vehicle was in 2010--completely uncharted territory. Good thing is I like uncharted territory. I got to do new things like the LA Auto Show in 2010, a microsite in 2011 (www.sce.com/EV) and YouTube videos in 2012. At DIRECTV I worked with some of the smartest business strategists I've ever met. You would always have to bring your A-game to work every day. Was privileged to work there at a time of explosive growth. Want to keep exploring new lands so I've been looking into entertainment. Got a taste of it at DIRECTV and I really like it.
