What I mean by this is, that if you will provide us with a list of what you are looking for, then we will go looking for ONLY properties that meet your specifications. We will pre-negotiate the deal, and put the property under contract according to your criteria, and that is what we will bring back to you. We will NOT waste your time or ours bringing you random properties that you would probably say No to. We will only bring you properties that you will want to say Yes to.

Hi I'm Stephenee, I started Exclusive Deals Inc. because I know as an investor you are probably pretty busy and have a lot of things on your "to-do-list" to juggle all at once. I'm an investor too! I enjoy spending time with my husband, learning something new about business, reading a book, dancing, talking to my friends on the phone and finding great deals for buyers who want to grow their investments in real estate but just do not have the time.
I named my business, "Exclusive Deals Inc.," for two reasons. One, deals that I bring you will be hard to come by anywhere else! And two, I will only work with a select few!
